Full Moon ceremony!

Welcome to the upcoming Full Moon ceremony at Matsya Yoga Academy in March! Here, we'll provide you with all the details you need to know about the event, including the significance of the "Worm Moon" full moon, the activities planned for the evening, and how you can get involved. Join us as we celebrate the beauty of the full moon and find connection with the forces of the universe with us together.

Welcome to our monthly Full Moon ceremony at Matsya Yoga Academy!

We invite you to join us for a special evening of relaxation, meditation, and connection with the nourishing energy of the full moon.

Our cozy gathering will take place in the artful mandala with symbols, cards, and healthy goodies to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will begin by deepening our connection with ourselves through the calming and nourishing energy of the Moon Meditation, led by yoga teacher Lucia Ramsonius.

Singing, goodies, food and love.

Next, we will come together for the Moon singing circle, filled with sweet singing and guitar play by Birgit Steininger and all of us. Birgit and Anna Konas, who are schooled in herbology, will share their knowledge about two spring plants that can support our health in the spring kitchen.

Lucia will then guide us in relaxation techniques that tap into the strength of feminine energy, introducing two practical relaxation and yoga techniques that have an immediate calming effect on our state of mind. Alisa will contribute to the rooting in the sacred feminine with cards.

Sharing and goodies will round up the circle, as we create a space of soothing relaxation, regeneration, and healing on all levels of body, mind, and soul.

Free donation

We kindly request a donation of about 10 - 15 € to help support the Matsya Yoga Academy and its mission of spreading the benefits of yoga and meditation. Please feel free to bring something nourishing or symbolic to share within the Moon Circle.
