Workshops -Continuous education programs 42h
Over the years I have worked hard to distill important fields of knowledge from the Yoga we practice. I have created three courses which transmit rare and special knowledge for every seeker, teacher or yogi. Come with me to discover them.
A Journey through the Chakras
In this course we will discover the chakras, where they come from and what they meant. We will discover them as tools for tantric meditation, but we will also discover their reality, what they mean for our lives and our way.
we will discover their hidden meaning, their sounds, and we will eventually experience them.
A journey into Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is very special technique of tantric yoga, originally derived from Buddhist dream yoga it was rediscovered by Satyananda. It is the closest of all the yogas to our modern psychotherapy or hypnosis. It is a gift for the present to improve human condition and path the way to profound spirituality.
A vision of Tantric Mediation
Tantric meditation like it is described in the Trika lineage is a gift of the heart that is precious beyond comprehension. It enables us to transform any human experience into a pathway to the divine. This way your day to day live can be put in the service of realization, and we can the walk the path upwards with our family, kids and friends.
