A journey to the History and Philosophy of Yoga at Matsya Yoga - Vienna, Europe

Embark on a journey towards freedom - Yoga is a science that explores the inner phenomena of perception and the mysteries of existence, always with the goal of finding and cultivating freedom.

The history of yoga is shrouded in legend and often idealized, and on this journey, we will travel to the heroic origins of yoga, the colorful and vibrant Tantra, and the ascetic classical Hatha Yoga. We will bridge the past to the present and shed light on the heart of yoga, which can elevate and enrich our present lives with all their richness. This rare yoga training is eligible for 30 hours of YOGA ALLIANCE YACEP continuing education credits.
