Introduction to Kriyās
Kriya is an action, something one does, externally or internally. Yet it is also a discipline, so it is an action with intention. This means that a kriya is an action, or a set of actions, aimed at achieving a particular goal.
Kriya is that action that awakens the power of action, it is the road to freedom ....
Ajna is the command. It is not only the place from which one commands one’s own being, but more the place from where one receives the command of the supreme. This command is your purpose of being. Meditative contemplation about your true mission of being is therefore the greatest Kriya of the command (ajna).
The way that this pavanamuktasana is presented here is different than originally taught by Satyananda. Here they are rendered as they are taught in our Kundalini Yoga tradition. This anti–rheumatic series is far more than a series against joint pain. It is a very energetic series that can break energy blockages and stimulate the spinal fluid. It can also expand consciousness and has strong healing properties for the mind and body

A Tantric Opening
This opening, that can be practiced at the beginning of each class, is a dance with sound. It is worshiping the Goddess as the energy of the six chakras and moving them through your being. It was passed down to me by my friend and teacher
Rainer Neyer from the lineage of Dhirendra Brahmacari.
Approximately 10 minutes.

“Always or during the three Sandhis (morning, afternoon and evening), practice the control of Prana. All those who practice Pranayama regularly who regard Pranayama as their goal and who have been purified through Pranayama, attain liberation.”
